Your body, mind and soul are married. That is to say, they are connected "until death".
While there are many ailments that can affect you on one or more levels of your being,
most of these are the result of making one very fundamental error: that of living out
of harmony with your essence.
To be free of all ailments does not require the constant advice of a team of "experts"
(whom rarely agree on anything). In most cases all that you need to do is profoundly
observe yourself (your design) and use common sense in these four areas:
- Breathe deeply: the cleanest air possible, and enjoy at least 15 minutes of sunlight on your body each day
- Eat the right foods: raw organic vegetables and fruits, and enjoy the abundance of flavours and aromas
- Exercise: stretch, sweat, lift, climb, punch, kick, balance, swim, and enjoy every movement
- Detoxify: with herbal teas, saunas, steambaths, healing clay, shiatsu massage and a yearly fast. Enjoy being reborn...
Since your MIND is anywhere you have sensation,
your entire body makes up the densest part of your mind.
You can therefore heal your mind by healing the body.
You can also try to relax the mind with music, touch,
aromatherapy and other things that soothe you.
The mind should not be confused with the brain,
which is part of the body and part of the mind because it is
an organ, and it has sensation. This organ is responsable for
calculating and decision-making and should be rested when not
in use.
The SOUL is inseparable from the bodymind, therefore
there is no need to treat it separately.
Healing the bodymind will raise your spiritual consciousness.
Then you will realize that the soul is already perfect. There is
nothing to heal here. Go back to healing the bodymind.
