- 2 zucchinis
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 cups holy basil
- 1 cub Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- food processor or high-power blender
- spiralizer (optional, for making zucchini noodles)
Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth, and serve with spiralized zucchini noodles or serve as a salad dressing or a dipping sauce for chopped veggies.
